I received the sad news that Sophie Correa passed away surrounded by her family. Sophie is the mother of Sharon and Steven Couto and Steven Correa, the grandmother of Jack Arruda, and the brother of Joseph David. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday evening, July 22, at Perry Funeral Home located at 111 Dartmouth Street, New Bedford, MA, from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. The Divine Liturgy of Christian Burial will be at Our Lady of Purgatory Church on Thursday morning at 10:00 AM.
We extend our condolences to Sophie’s family. May Almighty God welcome Sohpie into His kingdom and may her soul rest in peace. Allah yerhamma,
