Dear Parishioners of OLOP:
I just received the sad news that Samira Al-Daiif passed away in Lebanon. Samira is the mother of Abouna Joseph Daiif. We extend our condolences to Samira’s husband Sayed, her sons Abouna Joseph, Sarkis, and Semaan, and her daughters Maria and Rita, and their families.
A memorial mass will be prayed in her memory on Sunday, June 25. Our thoughts and prayers go to Fr. Joseph and his family. May Almighty God welcome Samira into His kingdom and may her soul rest in peace. Allah yerhammo.
